ABOUT ME

I moved west in the early eighties, away from what had been my home all of my life, in Wisconsin. Wanting to find out who I was I worked in some of the most remote forests in Oregon doing timber inventory for the forest service. I came to understand the need to preserve wilderness areas and became an advocate for saving Oregon's pristine forests.

I then returned to my former profession a caregiver for disabled people and worked twenty years in service to people with disabilities in Eugene Oregon. Ironically I became disabled with Multiple Sclerosis.

One day I pulled down my box of journals and started reading and decided to write them up into books, without becoming disabled I may not have had the chance to write these three books.

I give them to you as a gift, having no children, they are my only legacy.
